Bailey started shadowing/working summers at Leger & Son when she was 14 years old. After graduating high school, she attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College pursuing a degree in Diversified Agriculture for three years. She transferred to the University of Georgia and graduated from the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences with a degree in Agribusiness in May of 2020 and joined the company full-time immediately after graduation.
