one watermelon (any size)
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberry whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup pitted cherries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
shredded coconut
mint to garnish


Using a mixer, blend together the yogurt, cream cheese and powdered sugar

Slice the watermelon to form a 1" whole slice

Arrange the watermelon slice on a large round platter

Spread cream cheese mixture over the watermelon like a "pizza sauce" avoiding the rind

Top with your favorite fruit toppings

Garnish with fresh chopped mint leaves

Cut like a pizza into 8-10 slices (depending on the size of your watermelon)

Serve and enjoy!
